help! messages file question

I have a system that keep locking up.

its a :
SunOS snf 5.8 Generic_108528-23 sun4u sparc SUNW,Sun-Blade-1000.

I found this error which seems to repeat its self with slight differences in
/var/adm/meesages today:

When the system came up i looked for cores and could find any??
Please point me in the right direction?
Could it be a bad cpu?? It is a dual cpu system....
