Update on Tape Library Problem L20

Thanks for all the replies.

This is what I did.
1. Power cycled the Tape drive.
2. Tried to unmount using the nwadmin software, however it did not work
3. Used the L20 front panel to unmount the tapes.....success.

However, I still cannot use the nwadmin software to load/unload the tapes .
I will summarize.
