I am trying to install the SMC 3.5 server on SunBlade 2000 with Solaris 8.
During the install selections, only the Agent and Console options are
available but the Server option is grayed out. I have looked at SW/HW
requirements but that is too confusing. Under supported PLATFORMS it does not
include SunBlade 2000 specifically for server installation but only SunBlade
100 or 1000. While in many installation guides it does reference to SunBlade
2000 as well.
Does one know if it is hardware compatibility issue or something else ??
