Thanks all, we didn't have the manuals, and this is what worked from the responses:

Here's what I did when I added my PGX64 card to my SunFire V120:

>From the console at the OK prompt you need to:

setenv input-device keyboard
setenv output-device screen
reset-all

Then it will come up on your VGA card.
