What is the meaning of the prtdiag's 'CPU Mask' value on a E6500 ?
Recently, one of our CPU died and was replaced by Sun.
After next reboot, the "CPU Mask" of the replaced CPU changed from "10.0" to
"1.0".
I ask the tech. if this is normal, and he says he used the same Part Number
for the replaced CPU module, so it is normal.
But I'm still suspicious about this.
Here is the prtdiag output (CPU have mirrored E-cache) :
System Configuration: Sun Microsystems sun4u 16-slot Sun Enterprise E6500
System clock frequency: 80 MHz
Memory size: 26112Mb
