Hi All,

I'm running an NIS server and I would like to change the IP address, subnet
mask and default gateway on it without doing a sys-unconfig. I was planning
just to change the following files and then reboot the system (the client
will be updated of course):

* /etc/hosts
* /etc/netmasks
* /etc/defaultrouter

Will this work? As any one had any experience with this type of scenario.

Thank you in advance.
