Flash archive and VxVM question

Hello all,

I created a flash archive from a system (6800) with vxvm (encapsulated root
disk) - the archive got created fine.

I tried using this flash archive to flash a new 6800 - first time it came up
with /a full errors and aborted after a while (all file systems are of the same
size in the source and target machines)

Then I extended the root fs to 8gb and tried the flash again, it went
successfully - I was able to unencapsulate and boot the system to user level 3,
but I am having other problems.

Has anybody done this and any advise/suggestions?
