Patch level

What is the best way to get the patch level of a system. uname -a shows
something like this

SunOS unix-server 5.6 Generic_105181-33 sun4u sparc SUNW,Ultra-Enterprise

I want to know the patch level is March 2003 or Nov 2003..etc. How can I
confirm this.
