Exchange disksuite volumes

Dear Managers,

I need to exchange 2 disksuite volumes on a Solaris 8 machine,
since we have an 'available diskspace' problem:

        /dev/md/dsk/d20 mounted on /var (1 GB)
        /dev/md/dsk/d50 mounted on /var/spool (4 GB)

Thus, d20 must become /var/spool and d50 must become /var. The
volumes are two-way mirrors.

Since disksuite drivers are not available when booting in single
user mode from CD, I thought of the folowing solution:

1) Break the mirrors

2) Boot in single user mode from CD (Solaris 8)

3) Move the data with ufsdump | ufsrestore using the 'normal'
device names like cxtxdxsx, which are the first parts of
        the mirror.

4) Adjust the /etc/vfstab file

5) Reboot the machine ('boot disk')

6) Attach the second part of the mirrors again (and check if
        they are syncing).

Is this the correct way to do this?

Thanks,
