fp(0) isn't a valid driver

All I am getting the following errors

fp(1) _227E isn't valid driver
 etc ....

We got these errors after installing the
latest patch cluster and the latest SAN patches.
We are running a sunfire-6800 attached to
a hds 9960 brocade switch.
Any ideas.
