Physical Memory Utilization

All, I have a E4500 running Solaris 7 with Oracle 9i. The server has 8
cpu's and 8GB of ram. Looking at the stats below the server seems idle
but im trying to get a understanding of why all the physical memory is
being allocated. It seems that Oracle which is fairly idle as well has
allocated all the physical memory which makes the server from a Trending
view seeming to be in need of additional memory. The swap utilization
is low, 1GB used out of 11GB and the server is not scanning at all.
Whats a good definition on the appearance of the physical memory
allocation? There are about 29 Oracle Processes running that have 700K
in resident memory. Im interested "Does this server need more memory or
is SOP? We have about 300 Oracle server in the environment and this one
seems to be the only one that appears to have all the memory allocated?
