How to Disable printing banner pages globally???

I have a quesiton regarding to disable printing banner pages? We have around
100 plus printers.Is there anyway globally disable(Using scripts) the banner
pages.Or How can I configure the printer to stop printing the banner page?we
never wanted banner.Which file i have to edit??
