Binutilities

Hi list,
I have problem compiling a component of Oracle 8.1.7 and Oracle says the binutils have to be installed in /usr/ccs/bin, currently I have binutils installed in /usr/local which are linked to /usr/ccs/bin but Oracle compilation is failing.
 
I have installed SMCbinut 2.11.2 on Solaris 7, is there any package available which can be downloadable which installs in /usr/ccs/bin. I already tried GNU binutilites and they all install in /usr/local.
