Hi all,
I kicked off a command, "find / -name core", on one of my systems to
look for core files but the find is still running 24 hours later. Why
does it run this long? Could it be that the command is in some kind of
"find" specific loop?
I usually use the "-xdev" option which brings me results quickly but
the user as requested that we run it without this option for some or
other reason.
Please provide some feed, it will be much appreciated. I will
summarise if any responses are sent.
