I am configuring 5 SUN v240 servers and have been requested not to put a swap
slice on the systems.(slice 1) Instead the senior sysadmin has requested that
a separate slice be mounted and a swapfile be configured there. In the past I
have been told that this is an inefficient way to do this. I have a great deal
of respect for the senior sysadmin and will do this request but for future
reference can someone inform me of the pros and cons of a swap slice vs a
swapfile on a mounted slice (slice 4).
