R: How to restrict access in ftp on solaris 5.8

 Hi all
 i am using solaris 8 on sparc , we are planning to make this server as a
ftp server for any one on the internet who would like to use it, but the
problem is how can we restrict the user to their own home directory ?
is this possible with solaris native ftp ? how ?

sorry but i dont want to use anyother ftp servers like wu-ftpd or proftpd as
our management dont trust opensource though i do regards
