prstat command

Hi Sun Managers,

I'm running Solaris 8 in my machine and I need to
check on my cpu and memory resources utilisation. I
ran the command prstat, but I'm not sure how to
interpret the result on SIZE and RSS columns. I did
the man page on prstat and still not fully understand
it.

Would much appreciate if someone can give me a pointer
or send me some documents on how to interpret the SIZE
and RSS results.

Is there any other commands that can break down into
individual processes on the usage of the CPU and
memory on the system.
