Hi,
propbably you've got problem with SCSI (address /pci@1f,4000/scs i@3/sd@1,0);
try to find out (e.g. format command) what disk is it and change the phisical
place of the disk (I mean slot);
disk should be ok, because of no log-info about disk itself;
if SCIS failed you will also hava to reconfigure Veritas, but I do not use
this software so I'm not sure about this part...
