I have a strange crontab problem that has completely baffled me. Here is the
crontab entry:
53 16 * * * /bin/echo Hello | /bin/mailx sanjiv@cs.umsl.edu
Here is what I get in logfile:
! cron audit problem. job failed (/bin/echo Hello | /bin/mailx
sanjiv@cs.umsl.edu) for user a-howell Tue Oct 21 16:53:00 2003
> CMD: /bin/echo Hello | /bin/mailx sanjiv@cs.umsl.edu
> a-howell 27091 c Tue Oct 21 16:53:00 2003
< a-howell 27091 c Tue Oct 21 16:53:00 2003 rc=1
Can someone help me figure it out.
