Update: Ultra 60/80 Oddity

I got several emails asking for more information.

1. What does the software do ?
Physical verification of Integrated Circuits.

2. How was the software compiled ?
I dont know, i dont have the source code.(commercial product)

I am also seeing different results when i run the same program on
2 Ultra 60's which has processors of different speeds.

Machine I
---------

Status of processor 0 as of: 05/17/02 09:54:32
  Processor has been on-line since 01/09/02 17:04:29.
The sparcv9 processor operates at 360 MHz,
and has a sparcv9 floating point processor.
Status of processor 2 as of: 05/17/02 09:54:32
  Processor has been on-line since 01/09/02 17:04:30.
The sparcv9 processor operates at 360 MHz,
and has a sparcv9 floating point processor.

Machine II
----------

Status of processor 0 as of: 05/17/02 09:55:37
  Processor has been on-line since 01/09/02 17:04:27.
The sparcv9 processor operates at 450 MHz,
and has a sparcv9 floating point processor.
Status of processor 2 as of: 05/17/02 09:55:37
  Processor has been on-line since 01/09/02 17:04:28.
The sparcv9 processor operates at 450 MHz,
and has a sparcv9 floating point processor.

I did a ldd to look at the libraries that were dynamically linked to the
executable(they libraries are the same on both the machine) and a cksum
also comes back with the same values.

I am not sure what else i should check, any ideas would be appreciated.

Thanks Much,

Regards,

/dev/null
