Hi,

I have a SF280R with solaris8 installed connected to a Storedge3310 SCSI
array using dual bus configuration. I have only 4 hdds which i need to
perform a Raid0 mirror. As the firmware config only allows Raid0 to used
more than 1 hdd, the only solution i could do is to make 2 logical drives
with 2 hdd each and then partitioned both logical drive into 2 each and this
gives me back 4 hdd with Raid0.

Is this correct coz i want to mirror disk1 with disk2, mirror disk3 with
disk4 ?

The file /kernel/drv/sd.conf has been edited to read the 4 new LUNs created
and format command shows all 4 new disks are visible.
# format

Solstic Disksuite software has been installed on the SF280 and from the GUI
i am able to see both controllers with all disks attached.
Mount command shows the 4 new disks are not mounted and /etc/vfstab has not
been edited to mount the 4 disk at boottime.

How do i actually perform a mirroring between the 4 disks?

Thanks in advance.
