X25 Problem.

Hi,

I have a VERY interesting problem which has only appeared in the last week.

We had our X.25 service hang itself up over the weekend, no amount of stopping
the service and
restarting the service could get it working again.

Rebooted the host, which would execute the appropriate X25 startup scripts as
required.
Better inform you now we have a 'C' program that listens to X25 calls and
routes them to an X400 address.
And so if you 'pad' to the X25 service you connect, but don't get a login
prompt.

However, after a reboot, the X25 service does not register the x25listen
program.

Although, stop all X25 services using the rc2.d scripts, then start all X25
services using the rc2.d scripts
and - "Voila" - the x25listen program 'hears' the call and connects the call
appropriately.

So my questions are
 - When X25 is being shutdown with an 'init 6' are the rc2.d stop scripts
executed?
 - Does X25 write a 'last' configuration file, which it views next time it
starts?
 - Where does the 'x25tool' save the configuration information?

O/S: Solaris 2.7
X25 version 9.0

Thank you in advance.
Craig.
