ISL with Brocade Silkworm 2800's

Having run out of resources I'm hoping the list can lend me a hand.

I'm in the middle of setting up dedicated SAN for backups with 2 Brocade
2800's and for the life of me I cannot get the 2 switches to join into a
single fabric with either 1, 2 or 3 ISL links between them.

What seems to be happening is that switch2 doesnt seem to be entering
the subordinate switchRole and picking up the zone info from switch 1 and
then its segments the fabric instead of creating one between the 2
switches.

The error I keep getting is:

WARNING FABRIC-SEGMENTED, 3, port 13, disabled E_Port

switch1 = domain id: 1 - Only switch with configed zone info
switch2 = domain id: 2 - no zone info

Here's the switch info for both switches.
