DonowResearch sends people to participate in focus groups / market research
interviews in-person, over the phone, via the internet...all studies either pay
a check or, if in-person, CASH for your opinions only.
We are often hired by companies who are looking for the opinions of IT
professionals (CIOs, CTOs, Directors, Managers, etc) to give feedback about new
technology ideas in development.
Currently we are looking for people involved with their company's
customer-facing e-commerce or customer service websites. This study consists of a
45-minute phone interview and pays $150. We are looking for 2 people per
company--an IT person and a Customer Service person.
