File/Directory growth reporting

Hi,

I've been using ORCA (http://www.orcaware.com) to monitor performance on
my e450's.

Orca does a good job of tracking system performance.

I need something that tracks file size and/or directory size of all the
files in our DB and application directories.

Something that runs nightly or weekly would be great i don't need hour or
minute by minute.

What should i look at?
