Hi,
does anybody know what's the relationship between
fbconsole -d :0 and /dev/sysmsg? Does fbconsole
control this device?
Because if I'm in machine A and do a remote login to
machine B, fbconsole in machine A dies and all the
messages that are set to be sent to /dev/sysmsg in
/etc/syslog.conf are sent to screen, messing it. We
solved it redirecting these messages to
/var/adm/messages.
Isn't it a bug?
I made tests in solaris 2.8.
