Hi list,

Looks like there are vulnerabilities in Sendmail versions prior to 8.12.10, I am planning to upgrade Sendmail on Solaris. Do I need to upgrade Sendmail on all the servers?, only one box is listening on port 25, rest of them are queing to this box.

If I just upgrade this one Box running Sendmail server (-bd option) is it enough or others which are queing need to be upgraded also. I looked on the Sun site, looks like only the server which is running the deamonneed to be upgraded. Is there any version incompatibilites? because all the other servers will be running Sendmail 8.11.6 except one which will be upgraded to Sendmail 8.12.10.

Any opinions or suggestions?.
