External DHCP for SunRay

Hello all,

Due to internal networking issues beyond my control, I have
several SunRay 1's that cannot get their bootp packets to
the SunRay server (v2.0). As a result, I would like to have a nearby
Linux server simply give the SunRay configuration parameters
via dhcp. If I can give the SunRay client the AuthSrvr parameter,
it should be able to route to the SunRay server and appropriately
connect.

However, the SunRay manual is a bit less than clear
when it comes to how to specify the options in a dhcpd.conf
file (using encapsulated vendor options).

Specifically, I am looking to include the following (snipped
from the SunRay 2.0 Server manual):

                Vendor ID Code Type
AuthSrvr Vendor=SUNW.NewT.SUNW, 21, IP, 1,1 Mandatory

Does anyone have a sample dhcpd.conf file that they used to
respond to a SunRay client bootp request? Otherwise, could
anyone assist with including this as an encapsulated vendor
option?

Will post the response to the list and the web. Thanks in
advance!

Aaron
