Hello,
I have an L60 library that had a tape get stuck in a drive during backup.
I powered down the L60
I had to remove the drive and manually remove the tape. I reinstalled the
drive.
Powered the L60 back on.
It gave the following error:
Timed out on "Command sent to transport controller"
Hard Error
Code 12 Qualifier 25 sequence 144, 145, 106, 101, 52
Suggestion: Make sure cartridges are fully seated
in their slots.
I did run re-calibrate and it then got:
Timed out on "Command sent to transport controller"
Hard Error
Code 0 Qualifier 86 sequence 144, 145, 106, 101, 52
Suggestion: Run recalibrate library
It gave this error before anything physically moved inside,
ie: motors, tapes, robotics, etc.
I ran "Recalibrate Library". Gets the same error.
I've removed all magazines, all drives, reseated all cards. It still gives
the same error code.
Is there another reset similar to "Set-defaults" at the OK prompt, that
would clear any possible config issues stuck in memory?
Any other suggestions?
Thanks
Willie
