high iowait on Ultra60

Hi,
I have a Sun Ultra60 machine with '108528-14' patch.
Very often, from the past two days I am observing that the iowait on the
system is around 80% - 90%.

There were some defunced processes also that I killed, but I am sure the
increased iowait does not have anything to do with the defunced processes.

Can anyone help me how to fix this problem ?
