hi
I've to reconfigure a fire 6800 with a test domain for
test databases and a live domain for the others so to
speak. solaris 8 and patched up.
I've read the manual from docs.sun and am clear on the
commands/procedure but i'm not clear on 2 things -
it already has its databases on it, can i configure it
with the data on it ?
how do i check what it currently has domain wise ? i
can see what boards are in it and processors with
prtdiag but i'm not sure if we are already set up with
2 domains or not.
the system isn't local to me so i can't do a console
with it only connect to it when up.
Any help appreciated. Any out of offices ignored. :)
