disk state is not "okay"

Hi,

A netra x1 of ours reports that the state of the root and usr partitions are not okay. It recommends an fsck, which I've run with no errors, but further attempts to mount it return the same complaint: "The state of /dev/dsk/c0t0d0s0 is not okay". Is this indicative of a more severe disk failure?

When the partitions are mounted read only, the data seems all there so I would guess that the partitions are otherwise ok.

Thanks,
bye.
