APACHE web server running on Solaris 2.8.This is for intranet have a
question! How can i make my url short so that customer easy to remember. For
example this is the original one.
http://pluto/webapp/prodution/Finance and need to alias like http://Finance
Application server is websphere application server.
Hostname is pluto
Document root is /opt/IBMITTPD/htdocs
I tried alias in httpd.conf like Alias /Finance
/opt/IBMITTPD/htdocs/Production/Finance/
It came with page not found error. Since this is an intranet application can
any one help me in this case??
What are all the changes need to be done on webserver and application
server?
