        A little update on this,

        I received a lot of emails about considering VNC. As far as I
know VNC is still using Xserver communication. It would be a good
solution but application I am using actually knows when you use network
to emulate it. It works only on console , so I need to get console
desktop to the windows to be able to achieve monitoring of the
application. Besides, there are a lot of unix systems like hpux other
than Solaris , can I use VNC on other unix systems like hpux?
If there is a software doing this kind of emulation on unix, I would
also appreciate to hear about it. But other than that , VGA interface
cord of some kind on the PC site is the only practical option to me..
Tell me if I am wrong and please tell me ..

I 'll summarise as usual, as soon as I get the answer

Subject: SUN's CDE desktop on PC / No Xserver

        Dear managers, maybe this is a little inappropriate question to
ask in Sunmanagers' site but, the best technical knowledge is right
here so I 'm just gonna go ahead;

        We are looking for a product that shows everything on a SUN's
CDE desktop ( without any Xserver interactions as in EXCEED etc ) on a
PC . I want to see everything -real time- that is going on on a desktop
of a SUN system inside the WIndows OS. I do not need to interact but
just need to see the desktop realtime.
          I heard that there is a hardware product for Intel machines ;
PCI card that has 2 ports; in & out. Connection from Sun VGA card to
IN, and OUT port goes back to Sun monitor ( So console user will see no
difference ) . In the meantime this card is capable of showing SUN's
desktop inside the Windows OS..
Do you guys know of such a product ? web site..? anything?

        Thanks in advance..
