Monitoring commands on Sun

Hi SUN Managers

    I have a question about monitoring. I know that we can monitor su
login attempts using sulog logs. Is there a way we can find out the
commands run by any user logged into the server? Like, if I run "ls"by
user ipadmin, can I see any log which ll tell me "User ipadmin ran ls at
12:35:43".

    Let me know if this is possible. I m sure all you sysadmins will
have something which could solve my problem. I need ot enable this level
of security on my servers.
