SUN E250 continue reboot after hurricane power fail??

We have SUn E250 with Solaris 8 installed. Due to the hurricane cause power
off. The computer bootup and continue reboot. I list the meesage for you
to reference:

  short read 0x2000 chars read
  short read 0x2000 chars read
  short read 0x2000 chars read

  /kernel/drv/sparcv9/glm bad shndx in symbol 43
  glm error read symbols
  cannot assemble drivers for root /pci@1f,4000/scsi@3/disk@0,0:a
  cannot mount root on /pci@1f,4000/scsi@3/disk@0,0:a fstype ufs
  panic [cpu0]/thread = 10408000: vfs-mount root: can not mount root

Any one know what wrong it is?
