Sun Managers..................

I'm having a problem with the following Sparc Ultra 5 running Solaris 2.6,
I have installed a second Network card(Gigaswift 1000mb/s UTP Adaptor).

I need to install this card as a second card so I can setup a SAN,, The
machine i am using is a test box, as I dont want to kill our
fileserver(E250, which is also 2.6). The card installs fine and can see the
network using watch-net-all from OK prompt. But when I bring the card up
with the following commands:

ifconfig ce0 ether 00:03:ba:34:a0:ee
ifconfig ce0 plumb 192.168.4.218 up

Then I check the card is up..

ifconfig -a
lo0: flags=849<UP,LOOPBACK,RUNNING,MULTICAST> mtu 8232
inet 127.0.0.1 netmask ff000000
hme0: flags=863<UP,BROADCAST,NOTRAILERS,RUNNING,MULTICAST> mtu 1500
inet 192.168.4.2 netmask ffffff00 broadcast 192.168.4.255
ether 8:0:20:9f:ed:1d
ce0: flags=843<UP,BROADCAST,RUNNING,MULTICAST> mtu 1500
inet 192.168.4.218 netmask ffffff00 broadcast 192.168.4.255
ether 0:3:ba:34:a0:ee

Cool the card is up, but when I run snoop -d 192.168.4.218 there isnt any
traffic..... I get this error in the logs when the card is plumed

WARNING: pci108e,abba-1: pciclass,060400: PCI intr=7f0

Is this the problem I am Having?? I cant find any threads on it, if I
delete the entry for 'ce' device in /etc/path_to_install the reboot with -r
option to get it to reconfigure it complains........
