Hello Managers,
I'm in a situation where I need both AP and DMP to coexist for a brief
while. I'm running Veritas vxvm 3.2. I'm going to attach an E450 that
currently has A3500 disk arrays to our SAN fabric. This process will
include enabling DMP on this machine. DMP is currently disabled, and AP
is currently enabled. Is there issues associated with having both DMP and
AP concurrently running? If so, is there work arounds? Eventually, we
are getting rid of the A3500s, in which case I will get rid of AP
altogether, but till I have migrated the data to the SAN, it seems like
I need both running.
