I am having a bit of an issue with some of Blackbox's KVMs. We are using the
KV1510A User Station, KV1501A Server Switch, and the KV1516A Sun Pigtails.
We have called blackbox numerous times and got the usual 'derrrrrr, we don't
have anyone here that really knows Solaris all that well' So that is where
you all come in! The issue that we are having is that we are not getting any
video on the monitors. Now you are asking, Did you change the resolution?,
yes I did. We stepped it up all the way from 800x600. We got the Solaris 8
machine to work, well, at least for a while, because it does not seem to be
working anymore. We went through the same process with the Solaris 2.6, 7
and 9, with absolutely no luck. The machines are just your run of the mill
Ultra 10's. We are completely stumped here as why we cannot get any video
out of these. Hopefully you can help! Thank you in advance, and I will of
course summarize.
