Managers,
We have been using JumpStart for our Solaris 8 machines for quite a
while now with great success. However, we have recently installed Solaris 9
to our JumpStart server and are having issues while installing some of the
packages required for Sun Volume Manager. The errors reported in
/var/sadm/system/logs/install_log are:
Installation of <SUNWwbpro> was successful.
8642 blocks
Installation of <SUNWmga> was successful.
pkgadd: ERROR: exec of /sbin/sh failed, errno=13
pkgadd: ERROR: checkinstall script did not complete successfully
Installation of <SUNWmdr> failed (internal error).
No changes were made to the system.
pkgadd: ERROR: exec of /sbin/sh failed, errno=13
pkgadd: ERROR: checkinstall script did not complete successfully
Installation of <SUNWmdu> failed (internal error).
No changes were made to the system.

These are the only packages that fail to install. I haven't been able to
find much information about errno=13 from pkgadd and was hoping that one of
you might know what is going on. Any insight is greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Allen
