E3500 was on during a power disturbance that took systems down campus wide.
Afterwards if the clock board was installed, the box shuts down completely,
no power, no fans, right after the power switch is turned on.
Without a clock board the system will power up, but since ttya is on
the clock board, it's not very useful. No change with a replacement clock
board. Any suggestions?
