I have a process that listens on port/socket 996 (VSIFax). At times
(like right now) the listener gets stuck and will not accept any new
connections. I shutdown the server, kill the processes but a restart
doesn't fix it. Is there a way to clear the port/socket. It is port
996 tcp/udp.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
