SUMMARY: kern warning explained

this could be due to some hardward changes recently
made on this server; the mouse or keyboard cable is
loose; another usb cable is loose or added hot; a
drive error. if you can't identify it, may i suggest
that you do the following:

reboot with the following command:

   mkdir -p /etc/backup
   mv /etc/path_to_inst* /etc/backup
   reboot -- -arv

Respond "y" to the question "Do you want to rebuild
path_to_inst?".

also, there is a patch that has this error fixed:
#109896.
