Hello,
some of us are still using the old calendar tool (dtcm). They all
connact to one Sun Server running under Solaris 8. Everthing works fine
till this morning after this server was rebootet last night. A second
boot doesn't change anything. If you invoke the dtcm now you get the
following message:
"
The calendar server is not registered.
Please verify that it is installed correctly on your system.
username@servername
"
(username is a real username and servername is the real name of the server)
I've tried even on the server as localhost. Same behaviour.
I've read something 'bout rpc.cmsd in the docs, but it seems that this
doesn't belong to solaris 8 cause it can't be found on the system (on
Solaris 9 I could find it under /usr/dt/bin and the usage in
/etc/inetd.conf but both not under Solaris 8)
Any help, idea or glue ?
Thanx in advance Dirk.
