Hello,
Im running a newly installed solaris 9 4/03. In trying to reset the root
password to something cryptic ..i found that you cant have a password
longer than 8 charactors. One of the main reason of upgrading is that
supposedly Solaris 9 has support for long passwords ...such as 12
charactors?? Am i right or wrong ..or is there something im suppose to do
to enable this ?
By the way ..thank you to ALL that have helped so far , THIS mailing list
is great :-)
Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
