How do you configure a SAN TAPE robot on Solaris?

Hello all,

We have a SAN where tape drives are shared across a number of systems.
I have been able to configure the Drives on a Sun machine running, But do
not know how to configure the robot on the silo on this Sun machine.

The sun machine is running Solaris 7
We use NetBackup 4.5 DataCenter to do the backups over the san. We have in
the past used another machine to control the robot.
But would like to configure this Sun machine to control the robot.

The Solaris server is connected to the SAN via JNI fibre cards the use the
fcaw drivers.

We have the Hitachi disk luns and the StorageTek tape drives configured o
this machine.
The tape Drives have been configured by binding the Fibre port number to
the tape device.

Is there anyone out there who has bound a robot via a port number? What is
the driver that is used to manage the robot?

I thougt it was the sg drive. I have tried putting the following lines in
the sg.conf file
and then rebooted with a boot -r . this did not pick up the robot. Any
ideas suggestions will be most appreciated.

name="sg" class="scsi"
        target=110 lun=0 hba="fcaw1" port="611ae0" ;

Cheers
Lucas Bunyan
