Determining memory bottlenecks with Solaris 8

Hey Sun Gurus ...

I am in need of a way to determine either how much memory is in use on a
Solaris 8 box, or how to determine if a Solaris 8 box is suffering from a
shortage of memory. I know before Sun re-architected the Virtual Memory
Architecture with Solaris 8, you could check the scan rate (sr) as seen by
vmstat and if the scan rate was greater than or equal to 200 pages / sec
then there was a good chance that you were suffering from a memory
bottleneck. Can you please tell me how to determine this on a Solaris 8 box
by using only those tools which come with Solaris 8 ( i.e. vmstat, iostat,
etc ... )

Thanks,
