Hello Gurus,
We've recently obtained a SunFire 280R but we're not able to get any
prompt from it. Here's the description of our setup as per sun
documentation:
Win2k Terminal Console <===> DB9 to RJ45 Converter <=======>Patch Cable
<====> RJ45 to DB25 Converter <===> Port A on SunFire 280R
We've had no problems connecting to our V100s. The only difference in
this setup is the extra converter (RJ45 to DB25). I'm a sun newbie so
any help would be
appreciated. I've also tried connecting to the serial port of the RSC
card and still get no prompt. Thanks in advance.
