Upgrading DNS serevr and NIS+ server to Solaris 9

I need to do this with some urgency :

Upgrade an Ultra 5 , currently running Solaris 8 , which is our DNS primary ,
to Solaris 9. Are there any show-stopping items that anyone out there knows
of , or sites offering practical advice abouth the specifics of this task ?

Upgrade a Sun Blade 100 , NIS+ server to Solaris 9 - same question again.

On our other servers we are running Solaris 8 , 7 and 2.6
