simulating Disksuite 4.2.1 boot mirror failover

I shutdown a server today and pulled Disk 0 and then powered on. The
server in fact did boot the mirror disk and disksuite complained
about stale databases and that I need to administer them. Well,
thats not so bad but then fsck complains about filesystem inconsistency
on /usr and /opt. I had to go into single user mode, but after running
fsck on the relative raw metadevices, fsck returned with no errors.
At this point I quit while I was ahead and reinstalled Disk 0. metstat
reports Ok on all mirror/submirrors before and after this test scenario.
I'm not sure if this is problem is relative to the fact that I have
mounted each fs with ufs logging turned on or some other problem/missing
step altogether. Thanks for any pointers from your own tests.

Solaris 8, E420R
Disksuite 4.2.1 + patch 108693-16
ufs logging each filesystem is on (not using disksuite ufs logging)
2 metadb's, 1 on each disk, same controller.
